Special Notes on Bulky Items

Alpaca quilts, pillows and bedding are considered bulky and are shipped via courier. These items cannot be sent to PO Boxes — a street address is required for delivery.

We now offer a full money-back guarantee within 30 days from the date your order is received. To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in original condition — unworn, unused and with tags still attached.

We’re also happy to offer an exchange or store credit for change of mind, as long as your item is returned to us in brand new condition.

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. If we’re unable to repair or replace it, we’ll offer a full refund or credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, but we’ll cover the cost of sending out any replacement items.
