We hope you love your La Sierra pieces as much as we do. Please choose carefully as we cannot offer refunds for change of mind, but we will happily exchange or offer a credit note if returned to us brand new, with swing tag and unworn / unused.

Please contact us within 30 days from date of purchase.

If there are any issues with goods that may be faulty, please contact us to arrange return or exchange. If we are unable to replace or exchange for similar, we will happily offer a credit for future use or, at our discretion, arrange a refund.

We ask you to pay the cost of returning any item to be exchanged or replaced and, upon receipt of the item, we will cover the cost of sending the replacement.
